Project overview
Integra were engaged by DLR to manage and undertake an end of franchise hand back audit of civil, premises, track and L&E assets and provide project management, planning and document control for the full team.
The scope of work included auditing the maintenance activities of the franchisee against the franchise contract, maintenance standards and design standards and included a review of documentation and a review of the physical assets. In addition the condition of the assets was assessed and a condition rating allocated to each one.
The solution
In addition the team undertook a data search and cleansing exercise and populated a data site for the new franchise tender incorporating asset drawings, inspection reports, O&M manuals and other data. Integra were retained to manage the programme of remedial works to ensure the works are carried out to an acceptable quality of standard in line with the agreed scope.
